These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Scoreflows. By using Scoreflows, you agree to these terms.

Use of the App

Scoreflows is provided to help users record racket sports matches, ratings, and performance trends. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you add or import.

Accounts

Scoreflows uses Sign in with Apple and may offer demo access. You are responsible for keeping your device and account secure. You may delete your account from the app settings.

User Content

You retain responsibility for match data, profile details, screenshots, text, and other content you provide to Scoreflows. You must only import content that you have the right to use.

Third-Party Trademarks

Scoreflows may allow you to enter names of racket brands, models, apps, clubs, or other third-party products and services, such as the racket you use or the source of a match result. These names are used only to identify the information you choose to record. All third-party trademarks, product names, logos, and brand names belong to their respective owners. Scoreflows is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by those owners unless this is expressly stated.

You must not use Scoreflows to impersonate a brand, suggest an unauthorized partnership, or upload logos, images, or other protected material unless you have the right to do so.

No Professional Advice

Ratings, trends, and summaries are informational only. They are not coaching, medical, financial, legal, or professional advice.

Availability

Scoreflows may change, pause, or discontinue features at any time. We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Scoreflows, attempt to access other users' data, interfere with the service, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or use the app for unlawful purposes.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scoreflows is provided as is and without warranties. Scoreflows will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app.

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated date at the top of this page indicates the latest version.
