Privacy Policy
Scoreflows helps players track racket sports matches, ratings, and performance trends.
Data We Collect
Scoreflows collects the minimum data needed to provide the app:
- Account identifiers from Sign in with Apple, including the Apple user identifier and, when provided by Apple, email address.
- Player profile preferences, such as preferred sport, dominant hand, court side, racket name, play style, favorite shot, and weekly frequency.
- Match and rating data entered or imported by the user, such as scores, sport, format, venue or club name, match date, and derived rating metrics.
- Content shared with the app or share extension, such as text, URLs, or images/screenshots, only to extract match information.
Scoreflows does not sell personal data, does not show ads, and does not track users across apps or websites.
How We Use Data
We use collected data to:
- Create and authenticate your account.
- Save your player profile, passport, matches, and ratings.
- Parse imported match information.
- Show match history, rating trends, and performance summaries.
- Provide account deletion and support.
Data Storage
Account, profile, passport, match, and rating data are stored on Scoreflows servers. Some session and preference data is stored locally on your device and in the app group shared with the Scoreflows share extension.
Images imported for OCR are processed to extract text and are not retained by the app after processing. Parsed match data may be saved if the user confirms the import.
Sharing
Scoreflows does not share personal data with advertisers or data brokers. Data may be processed by infrastructure providers used to operate the backend and database.
Account Deletion
You can delete your account in the app from Settings > Delete account. Deleting your account removes your account record and associated Scoreflows data, including passport and match history, unless retention is required by law. For Sign in with Apple accounts, Scoreflows also attempts to revoke the stored Apple refresh token.
Children
Scoreflows is not intended for children and is not submitted as a Kids Category app.
